Shutter Revit Family

Royal Corinthian offers Revit BIM family files for Architectural Exterior Shutters — including louvered, raised panel, board-and-batten, combination, and Bahama styles — available for download without registration. Our shutters are manufactured from durable composite materials, featuring structural PVC reinforced with aluminum for added strength and stability. Unlike traditional wood shutters, they resist rot, cracking, warping, moisture absorption, and insect damage, and are backed by a lifetime warranty that also covers the factory finish. 

These shutters were modeled parametrically using defined Width and Height properties. This allows users to adjust the overall dimensions while ensuring the stiles and rails remain fixed in size. Middle rails can also be added and repositioned. Since these components will be integrated into window families, this method guarantees parameter consistency and interoperability. Functional Shutters

Functional shutters are factory finished with a high-performance paint system and are available in any standard or custom color. The applied finish provides long-term durability and color consistency.

Vinyl Decorative Shutters

Vinyl decorative shutters are manufactured with integral (infused) color throughout the material, not surface-applied paint like PVC products. They are available in 26 standard colors, with custom color matching available upon request.
